The new Highlander enhances convenience with a mobile App that allows remote control of several functions. Users can remotely switch the air conditioner on and off, lock the doors, light the headlights, sound the horn, and open the tailgate. The App also provides remote checks of battery life, remaining fuel, and more.

The All-Wheel-Drive Premium Edition features 235/55 R20 rim specifications and includes rear privacy glass and a concealed exhaust system for the hybrid version.
 

Inside, the 2024 Highlander boasts dual 12.3-inch integrated screens with three display modes, complemented by brushed metal trim and perforated leather seats. Additional features include a smart touch warm light reading light and the advanced 8155 engine chip. For context, the current Highlander offers a 7-inch LCD meter and a 12.3-inch full LCD meter, depending on the trim.
 

The 2024 Highlander hybrid version comes in four two-wheel-drive models and four four-wheel-drive models. Standard features include LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, front and rear/angle adjustment for the second-row seats, three-zone automatic air conditioning, Toyota Safety Sense, full-speed adaptive cruise control, and a 12.3-inch LCD instrument panel. The deluxe version adds a segmented panoramic sunroof, an automatic anti-glare internal rearview mirror, an electrically adjustable front seat, front seat heating, and a reverse camera.

 

The 2024 Highlander 2.0T fuel version offers three four-wheel-drive models equipped with LED headlights, 20-inch rims, a segmented panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable front seats, and front and rear angle adjustment for the second-row seats. It also includes Toyota Safety Sense, full-speed adaptive cruise control, and a 12.3-inch center control screen. The Premium version adds wood grain interior accents, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and seamless car and home interconnection.

 

 

Under the hood, the 2024 Highlander offers both a 2.0T fuel version and a 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain. The 2.0T engine delivers a maximum power of 182 kW and a peak torque of 380 N·m, coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive system. The 2.5-liter hybrid system achieves a combined maximum power of 181 kW, paired with an E-CVT electronic continuously variable transmission, with some models featuring an all-wheel-drive system.
