In terms of design, the Wildlander takes a bold step with a uniquely striking aesthetic, setting it apart from its sibling, the FAW Toyota Rongfang. The most notable distinction lies in the revamped front façade, boasting a larger trapezoidal air intake grille reminiscent of the Lexus spindle grille. Complementing this design are the sleek, narrow headlights that exude a fierce, 'squinting' appeal. Additionally, the Wildlander's fog lights embrace a larger, faux air intake design, enhancing its robust look.
While the front face of the Wildlander is notably unconventional, its side and rear profiles share a resemblance with the RAV4. A standout feature is the taillight's inner ring design, paired with the newly integrated fog light at the rear bumper's lower end. Both fuel and hybrid models feature a dual-sided exhaust layout, adding to the vehicle's dynamic stance.
Dimensions-wise, the Wildlander stretches to 4665 mm in length, 1855 mm in width, and 1680 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2690 mm. These measurements align it well within the mainstream segment, closely matching the Rongfang, albeit with subtle differences due to its distinctive design.
Inside, the Wildlander's interior mirrors that of the Rongfeng, characterized by a multi-linear center control design that offers a sleek and intuitive visual experience. The 10.1-inch floating center control screen stands out, and the interior is available in both dark and light color schemes, ensuring a stylish and comfortable cabin.
The entry-level 2024 Toyota Wildlander (2.0-liter CVT two-wheel drive) maintains its attractive price point while introducing advanced features such as front and rear parking sensors and the TSS Toyota Intelligent Safety System. This includes full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, departure warning, active braking, and more.
The premium model of the 2024 Toyota Wildlander raises the bar with a 360-degree panoramic camera, electric rear doors, heated and ventilated front seats, 4G network connectivity, mobile app remote control, and a sophisticated HUD head-up display system.

The 2.5-liter dual-engine hybrid system offers a robust 163 kW, with an EV mode and E-Four all-wheel drive. The high-performance 2.5-liter plug-in hybrid variant boasts an engine power of 132 kW and 224 Nm torque, alongside an electric motor producing 134 kW and 270 Nm torque, seamlessly integrated with an E-CVT transmission.
