has made its official debut, available in an impressive lineup of 11 distinct models.
With a striking design, the Wildlander sets itself apart from its sibling, the FAW Toyota Rongfang. Dominating the front is a larger trapezoidal air intake grille that echoes the luxurious presence of a Lexus spindle grille. The sleek and narrow headlights, exuding a "squinting" severity, alongside the enhanced fog lights with their faux air intake elements, elevate its assertive personality.
While the front design is distinctly unique, the side and rear profiles of the Wildlander closely resemble the RAV4. Noteworthy differences include ring-shaped taillights and a modified rear bumper with added fog lights. Both the fuel and hybrid variants proudly feature a dual-sided exhaust layout.
Dimensionally, the Wildlander measures 4665 mm in length, 1855 mm in width, and 1680 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2690 mm. These dimensions position it firmly within the mainstream market, paralleling the Rongfang's size but with its own distinctive silhouette.
Inside, the Wildlander mirrors the Rongfeng with a multi-linear center control design that balances simplicity with functionality. The prominent 10.1-inch floating central screen stands out, and buyers can choose between a dark or light interior color scheme.
The base model, the 2.0-liter CVT two-drive lead, retains its competitive pricing but now includes valuable features like front and rear parking radars and the TSS Toyota Intelligence Safety System, which encompasses adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, departure warning, active braking, and more.

The Wildlander offers a choice of three powertrains: a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, a 2.5-liter gas-electric hybrid, and a 2.5-liter plug-in hybrid. The 2.0-liter engine delivers 126 kW of power and 209 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT transmission. The 2.5-liter hybrid system generates 163 kW, supports EV mode, and includes the E-Four all-wheel-drive system. The top-tier 2.5-liter plug-in hybrid boasts an engine output of 132 kW and an electric motor output of 134 kW, with torque ratings of 224 nm and 270 nm respectively, managed by an E-CVT transmission.
