The Honor version of the BYD E2 model embraces the Marine aesthetic elements for a sophisticated charm. Its front face, featuring a sleek closed design, showcases a black trim panel linking the elegantly narrow light group on both sides. With an internal LED light source, it comes standard with daytime running lights, automatic headlights, adjustable headlight height, and a headlight delay shutdown function. The three-section air intake decoration beneath further enhances the youthful and vibrant atmosphere.
The car's side profile is accentuated by a raised segmented waistline that exudes strength. The concave treatment of the fold line under the door and the double-layer design at the wheel brow introduce a sense of depth. It boasts multi-width aluminum alloy wheels, with both front and rear tires sized at 205/60 R16.
This new BYD E2 model retains its contemporary design with a signature closed front grille, underscoring its new energy identity. The upper grille seamlessly connects to the headlights via a blackened veneer, creating a cohesive look. The lower grille proudly displays the BYD badge, highlighting its brand identity. The three-stage grille design on the lower part adds a sporty flair, showcasing its dynamic temperament.

The seats, crafted from imitation leather, offer comprehensive adjustments: the main driver seat adjusts for front and back movement, back angle, and height, while the co-driver seat adjusts for front and back movement, and back angle. Inside, the vehicle boasts a symmetrical design with a leather-wrapped, flat-bottomed multifunction steering wheel that adjusts up and down. It features an 8.8-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 12.8-inch floating central control screen, capable of rotation and movement. The DiLink intelligent system includes GPS navigation, real-time traffic updates, Bluetooth/on-board phone, Internet of vehicles, 4G network, OTA upgrade, voice recognition, WIFI hotspot, and more. The round-hole air conditioner outlet and crystal handle add a touch of elegance.
Powering the BYD E2 is a permanent magnet/AC/synchronous front single motor, delivering 70kW total power, 95Ps total horsepower, and 180N·m total torque. Paired with a single-speed electric vehicle transmission, it achieves a top speed of 130km/h, with an official 0-50km/h acceleration time of just 4.9 seconds and a power consumption rate of 10.3kWh/100km. It features a 43.2kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, with fast charging taking 0.5 hours and slow charging 9 hours, offering a pure electric range of 405KM as per the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The battery pack warranty is unlimited in terms of years and mileage for the first owner (subject to official terms). The front drive mode and the chassis suspension consist of a front McPherson independent suspension paired with a rear longitudinal torsion beam independent suspension.
