Moreover, the innovative Seal 06 DM-i model from BYD's Ocean Network has also made its grand debut simultaneously, showcasing the brand's commitment to advanced hybrid technology.
Appearance-wise, the Qin L DM-i embraces the sophisticated 'Longyan Design Aesthetics' characteristic of the Dynasty Net series. Its sleek, flattened profile is complemented by a striking new headlight design and glossy black connecting panels. The car features an expansive front grille adorned with dot matrix chrome accents and side ventilation slots, enhancing its sporty appeal over the Qin PLUS. Available in four captivating colors - Ice Green, Jianyao Purple, Runyu White, and Tea Crystal Grey - the Qin L DM-i promises to turn heads wherever it goes.
From the side, the Qin L DM-i showcases a dynamic two-stage waistline and a stylishly sloped rear. The rear end is accentuated with a modern through-type light strip and intricately designed tail lights resembling a 'Chinese knot,' paired with a luminous 'BYD' English logo. Measuring 4830 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1495 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2790 mm, the Qin L DM-i is larger than the Qin PLUS DM-i, offering an additional 65 mm in length, 63 mm in width, and a 72 mm longer wheelbase, while maintaining the same height.
Inside, the Qin L DM-i exudes elegance with two interior color options: Haoyue Mi and Xuanwu Grey. The minimalist center console features a sophisticated 8.8-inch full LCD instrument panel with an embedded design. Depending on the model, the floating center console screen is available in three sizes: 10.1-inch, 12.8-inch, and 15.6-inch, all integrated with the advanced DiLink intelligent networking system, offering a seamless digital experience.
The Qin L DM-i is powered by BYD's state-of-the-art fifth-generation DM technology, incorporating a plug-in hybrid system with a 1.5-liter engine and a robust drive motor. The 1.5-liter engine delivers a maximum power of 74 kW, while the drive motor offers two peak power options of 120 kW and 160 kW, reaching top speeds of 180 km/h. The vehicle comes with two lithium iron phosphate blade battery options, with capacities of 10.08 kWh and 15.874 kWh, providing a pure electric range of 80 km and 120 km under CLTC conditions. The comprehensive fuel consumption is impressively low, at 2.9 liters and 3.08 liters per 100 km under NEDC conditions. Additionally, the Qin L DM-i features a front MacPherson and a newly designed rear E-type four-link independent suspension, ensuring a smooth and responsive driving experience.
